So I dated a guy for about 3 years. We were super toxic there wasn't a day that went by where we weren't fighting. He proposed to me and I said yes out of shock. But not 5 hours later did we get into a huge fight and broke up. I told him after that, that we were never engaged that we were to toxic for that and things needed to change. I don't ever consider myself being previously engaged. I even offered the ring back. We finally broke up for good over 6 months ago. And over those 6 months he has done nothing but harass me. He goes so far as too message my co-workers and my boss. He has threatened to hurt people around me. And now he's texted one of my co-workers again saying if I don't return the ring no one will be able to recognize me. He doesn't live in the same state as me and has no money to come up here. I'm afraid If I send the ring back he'll come up here and try to hurt me or someone else. Should I send it back or keep it?
