What did you do to get labor started naturally?

When I was around my due date I made it a point to walk as much as I could. Wether it be going to a park walking the trails, or simply parking in the last spot at he grocery store and taking the extra time to do that. Also right before both I walked up and down stair cases and I believe it brought it on for me big time. Also a few lunges in between 😊 good luck

I walked 2-3 miles around the park and went into labor the same night (about 5 hours later)

I tried absolutely everything- evening primrose oil, acupuncture, that raspberry leaf tea, long walks and exercise, bouncing on an exercise ball, castor oil, sex, spicy food, even membrane sweep... baby boy was still 11 days late (41w5d) and came hours before I was due to get induced 😬.  Babies won't come until they are ready!  
What I will say is that when he finally d coded to come, it was only 5h20mins from first contraction to his birth (first time mum).  I think some of those things certainly helped make labour and contractions more effective!

Nipple stimulation worked for me. after a few minutes my contractions were hard enough to cause my water to break.
