I had sex with my somewhat boyfriend for the first time a week ago. I've been on the pill (Lo Loestrin Fe) for about nine months now and I've never experienced any harsh side affects. My periods are few and far between and very light when they appear at all. But anyway, I lost my virginity a week ago and knowing I'd be having sex soon I decided beforehand to be extra meticulous about taking my pill. In the past week, I've experienced what I think is the sensation of my sexual organs rearranging, lower back pain, cramps, and nausea. I have no strange discharge and my urine is pretty clear. Despite all of this, I am nervous because the first time we didn't use protection since I was on the pill and even though he didn't ejaculate inside me I've read that precum can carry live sperm into you anyway. I have also read that other woman have gotten pregnant while on birth control. I am experiencing no other symptoms but I've decided to take an early sign pregnancy test tomorrow even though it's only been 8 days since the incident. I can't rely on waiting for a missed period because my birth control makes my periods so irregular. Please give me any advice you can!
