I miscarried twins march of 2016 after 6yrs of trying to conceive

I miscarried twins march of 2016 after 6yrs of trying to conceive. It cost me so much , I was crushed. And today, after getting back from vacation I realized I hadn't started spotting like I usually do a day before my period is due. I also had to pee non stop while we had been on vacation but I thought it was my overactive bladder acting up. I decided to take a test just thinking no way I was after over a yr of false tests. Well boy was I wrong! I'm pregnant ! It's early so I'm not saying anything yet. I also want to tell my husband in a special way but I had to share the news I'm so so over joyed .
