No date homecoming

Sooooo I don't have a boyfriend and homecoming my last homecoming is next month and I still have no date... maybe I'm over reacting but I have no friends and my bestfriend has a boyfriend so yeah.. there's this sure cute guy but I doubt he'll ask me to homecoming... should I ask him or is that too much?
