There are days he wouldn't see me if I required privacy.. I figure if he's held you upright when you're sick, if he's the one you are having sex with then there is no such thing as privacy. Besides we have some of the best conversations when one of us is stuck on the toliet.

potty time is private but we do shower together regularly. he was with me throughout miscarriage process which helped us get even closer as a couple.

My SO pees in the shower when I'm in it with him or we'll stand in the bathroom and continue our conversations while one of us is peeing, but we generally try to keep pooping to ourselves
