IB OR Early period?

Anybody in the same boat? AF suppose to be 4/14 but came early on 11 dpo very very light spottings on and off. With nause, no appetite, lightheaded, body feels warm inside, very tired, twinge boobs on and off, some on off abdominal cramps, back pain on right side..
