How to love yourself?

What does loving yourself mean? No matter how hard I try I just can't 😔 I don't see myself as beautiful or likeable, I always end up chasing everyone away because I have no faith in myself and I think I'll end up disappointing them anyways. How can I get over this?

Loving yourself means that you're happy with the parts of your personality that help make you who you are as an individual. It means that you can accept parts of yourself that make you different from others.
