Please help fever

My 11month old haze been having a fever off and on since Saturday. The highest it's been was 103.5.

I've given him Infant Motrin drops, Cold towel, bath. Pretty much everything a doctor recommends. I have talked with a few doctors and they all told me the same thing. He's fight an infection!

He's been sleeping a lot more, loss of solid food appetite.

He doesn't want nothing to do with his crib, he wants to lay on me and me only!!

I really am drained and feel like a horrible mother!! I don't know what to do!

Please help a mother in need out!!!!!
