I have lost absolutely no weight since. giving birth!!

I never have the time to exercise, and find cooking healthy meals very time consuming as me and hubby both work full time 12 hour shifts a day.

how did you loose the weight? Anny hints and tips to be more Pro active with this. I want to feel nice again!!!

So I don't want to sound rude. But to lose weight you got to workout and eat better. I do 30 minute workout 5 times a week. It's possible. Wake up early before work or do it before bed. There are free 30 minute workouts online. (Google: idealfit or free 15 day mommy challenge) they are great programs!!!!!As for eating count calories. I do about 1200-1300 calories a day. I still eat mostly everything just in moderation.

Oh Elizabeth. I hope some day you know what it’s like to not lose weight so you know how infuriating your comment is.

Once again as I stated before it isn't the case for EVERYONE. I gave no recommendations such as " if you don't workout the weight will just fall off anyways" or anything of that nature simply let my situation be known.

Elizabeth your comment is unnecessary. What’s the point of telling us all that when the lady is asking HOW TO LOOSE WEIGHT. if you aren’t doing anything and the weight isn’t coming off then why would continue to do nothing be the answer?

I'm lower than my pre preganancy weight. I was 105 before pregnancy 135 when I delivered and I'm now 95. I nursed him for 7 months, we hike almost every weekend, and I work on my feet everyday. I average anywhere from 2,500 steps a day to 5,000. I also eat very healthy without meaning to.

So, I only gained 7 lbs with my pregnancy. I actually was down about 20-25 lbs at my first postpartum checkup, but gained all that weight back plus some when I stopped pumping for my daughter. I have struggled since then, although I have had some reasonable reasons why. My pre-pregnancy weight was 243. After I quit breastfeeding, I went from 220ish to 260 within about 6 months (found out I was pregnant when my daughter was 4 months old, had a pretty devastating miscarriage, and got very depressed for a while). When I stopped being so depressed, I went back down to around 240. More recently, I started Keto. It’s easy to eat out, it’s easy to meal prep in my opinion, and it’s supposed to be great for you. So far, I love it. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I started. I’ve already lost 15 lbs. I am going to add an exercise routine, but I’m trying out some different methods to see what I like best (and what makes me feel best), so that I stick with that, too.

I'm down to pre pregnancy weight. I workout 6 days a week. I do beachbody 21 day fix for the most part. My coach has a fb group and they ask a question every day and everyone posts answers along with their workout. It holds me accountable for the most part. I use the crock pot for some meals or I really just buy a protein and lots of veggies for every night. It takes less than 30 mins to grill/bake/pan seat chicken/tempeh and throw on some veggies. Look at one on meals on Pinterest those are super easy too!!

Nope. Still had about 20 pounds to go and just found out I'm pregnant again. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't worried about the weight gain this time around, but I'm going to try to stay on point with my eating.

I know everyone is saying you have to workout but you don’t! I have been doing Ketogenic along with taking supplements from an amazing company. I started in March and I am down 40lbs. Could definitely be more but I have fallen on and off a few times since I started. It is absolutely amazing. The most working out I do is chasing the kid around!

Yes. I am eating healthy, returned to work (pumping), drinking tons of water, and still breastfeeding at home.

I am also still pumping at work...and my co-workers have been very rude and throwing a lot of unsolicited/unnecessary comments my way. What has been your experience?

Finally at my goal weight a yaer later! I agree that there is very little time to work out when you're working more than full time... I get home exhausted and would rather spend time with baby. I have replaced workday breakfast and lunch for healthy meals. I eat greek yogurt, a hard boiled egg, fruit, and water for breakfast. For lunch I pack a bag of kale salad or mixed greens from the supermarket that includes cranberries, sunflower seeds, low-fat dressing. For dinner I try to keep it healthy, but I often don't because I want to enjoy dinner with my husband. same thing on the weekends I just tried to limit portions but enjoy my time with my family. Changing my meals at work has really made a huge difference! They say it's more about what you eat than working out and for me it's true 😀
