Large baby? Please help put my mind at ease...

So I went to my midwife appt. today and everything looks great - baby is VERY low and in a perfect position, heartbeat great, measuring perfectly,  beginning to dialate and effaced 50%, etc. However, my MW felt around my belly a bit and said, "well, she is NOT small." I tried to pry and find out exactly what she meant by that and she just said, "she is going to be a good size baby." And now I'm nervous. Anyone on here have "good sized" babies and care to share their story? Pictures? Anything to put me at ease? I am almost 38 weeks and no gestational diabetes or anything...
