Bouncing back??
Okay so I need help on how to get my ass back on track except it's a bit harder
I'm pretty active. My excercise is fine
. My eating habits aren't.
It's a bit harder since I live in an RV without a fridge. And not enough money to eat out where I please or to eat healthy as I want.
I so far eat like whatever I can find that is non perishable but I want to get my diet back on track. I'm not vegan or anything. I try to eat as healthy but I'm not getting my right nutrition . Just need tips?
