Clean the house, do all the laundry, buy a new scented candle, make her dinner (or get her whatever it is she is craving) then lots and lots of rubbing. Start with a foot massage then go all the way up.  Basically show her you care and have been listening to what's going on with her, as long as you aren't aggressive and make it all about sex I bet she'd be in the mood. Seduce her mind first!

just wait it out. the first one really fucks them up due to all their organs being moved around. At about 5-6 months she'll be giving you more sex than you can handle.
