Extremely annoyed... 😔😩 Don't know if I should trust this digital test... HELP!!!

I know it LOOKS like a BFP, but hear me out!! I Collected my FMU in a cup around 6:30-7 this morning and dipped a FR digital test in. The clock came up and didn't go away for about a good 15 mins.... THEN a question mark came up. I've saved the FMU in the cup and just said that I would go back to sleep and head to the store once it opened. Fell asleep again (I've been doing quite of bit of that lately) and 2 hrs later I saw a positive next to the clock. No idea if I should trust this or not. Also, I don't know if I should get another test and use the same FMU from earlier...
