Not sure if it actually worked, but I dilated to 1cm and started having irregular contractions. I've only used it for two days.

i started it a week ago. at my first check I had zero progress. as of today I am 1cm and 50% not sure if it's the prim rose but I'm going to continue taking It!

I'm at 39 weeks and I've been taking one orally and two inserted for the past week or so (3000mg- which is the dose recommended on the pack) 
I don't think its supposed to dilate, just soften/ efface the cervix? I feel like mine has very much softened but not much dilation. Also try clary sage oil for assisting with contractions. Tried last night and had contractions most of the night but they eventually stopped again.
