Nuvaring?

I'm thinking about getting the nuvaring can anyone tell me about it and there experience?

i had no issue with it. it came out twice in a year while doing it with my man aha. just rinse it off and get it back in within 3 hours and you're good. but he said he never felt it. and i didnt either. i did the whole 3 weeks in 1 week out. putting it back in after the 1 week out was kinda gross sometimes cause id still be spotting a bit (i have 5-6 day periods usually) but it really wasnt that bad lol. didnt have any weird side effects from it either.

I liked it in terms of how easy it was to use. But I had way more vaginal discharge than I'd had before going on it. I had to wear a panty liner everyday! It was awful, always feeling like you had your period, except it was only discharge! So I switched back to the pill, and it was only then that I learned you are 3x more likely to develop blood clots while on nuvaring than being on the pill.

I was on it for close to 2 years before deciding to have a baby and I didn't have any issues with it! I loved it, No mood swings or anything! I gained 7 pounds going off it! the only thing I didn't really like is that it dried me out down there so when we'd be doing our thing, I was never really wet which was annoying.

I had it and hated it. I noticed more mood swings and my depression was a lot worse. I gained almost 20 pounds and my skin broke out constantly. Everybody is different so it might work for you! Give it a try if you want and if you don't like it then just switch

I love using the nuvaring. Only birth control that I've ever used. I love how easy and convent it is to use. It's cheap for me to get them with being on my husband's benefits. I don't get as much cramps ect when on my period. Which is really nice.

I liked the convenience of not having to take a pill at the same time every day. I used it because without bc my periods were crazy heavy with bad cramps, the nuva ring helped. I got to the point where I was looking to skip my periods/not have them, and was told to just put a new one in everytime I took one out but when I did that I never stopped bleeding. I just recently stopped it and got an IUD. In the time I was off bc before getting the iud made me realize that the ring lowered my sex drive quite a bit. overall though I liked it

Only reason I stopped talking it was because of the cost. I had insurance and it was still $99. But besides that I liked it, didn't have any issues. A bit weird at first since you have to put it in and take it out but you get use to it.
