I need to vent here for a minute.

Have you found guys become significantly more dumb when their girl is pregnant? I'm serious. This is my 1st so I don't know hope common this is, but my husband had turned into an idiot.

EXAMPLE: We were going to have a date night tonight so he was planning to leave work early today. Told me the night before how difficult it'll be to get out early, how much of a problem, etc. I tried to argue at first and then said, do whatever you need to do. He grumpily said, "ok fine I'll leave work early but I'll need to work longer on Friday." I said fine & thanks.

Today, I had a headache all day and was feeling bad so I texted him to let him know and said, you can stay and do your work bc I don't want to go on the date with the headache like this. He asked if I needed anything (which was nice!) then when I said no, he said he was going to go to the bar with his brother.

Bitch, wut.

He said all the work was taken care of, so it was no big deal to leave. He could still leave early, but go to the bar instead.

I'm furious now. He bitched about having to leave work early so we could go out. Now we're NOT going out, he's all too happy to leave work early to go drink. Oh yeah, and here I am, at home pregnant and with a headache, and he's happy to let me tend to myself.

Help me figure out what to say to him when he comes home bc I am going to lose it here!!! TIA
