Clearblue's blinking smiley meant "high fertility." It will be a steady smiley for "peak fertility" indicating ovulation. Additionally with the other strips you are looking for as dark or darker than the control. Imo I think you still have another day or two.

Clear blue states that you can see the blinking Smiley for two days prior to ovulation. Though if you read the fine print, conditions like PCOS and some fertility drugs can cause the "high fertility" reading inaccurately. However the indication of ovulation (peak fertility) should still be accurate.
