Pregnancy symptoms?? Help!!!

I'm not sure if these or pregnancy symptoms or not so a little help please? I've been having lower back ache for the past week on and off, my hips pain every now and then, I have been bleeding on and off it started out with like a brownish color but then turned dark red. I'm kinda confused about it though cause its not my period, it doesn't come like this any at all. At one point my right abdomen felt hard, I'm feeling flutters at nights sometimes or like my uterus is growling. Any similar experiences?
