Well you cant just walk into a shop and expect them to sell you weed you need a medical card(and it obviously needs to be legal where you are) you need a doctor to feel like you need weed for medical purposes. Otherwise you'd have to find a dealer but I highly recommend not doing that as a)its illegal b) nowadays a lot of dealers lace pot with other things so you become addicted and keep going back. Its not worth the little high you get honestly.
