Hm. I've never had that issue with my boyfriend. I've also never had to move the skin back myself that I've noticed. When he gets hard it looks like any other penis.

My man always makes sure so shower first. He showers daily but has a very physically demanding job and being uncircumcised it can accumulate sweat. It's hygienic to clean either way.
