Is it me?

Get straight to it... last year I went through this phase where I hated physical contact of any kind. Even when my kids hugged me I got goosebumps all over, and I'd shrug away when my fiancé tried kissing me or anything sexual. I was having some type of hormonal imbalance according to my doctor. But I digress, now I'm wanting to have sex with my fiancé regularly and he never does. We're going on two weeks no sex, and only the occasional peck. When I say something about it he tells me he knows how I feel he went through it. I am not sure if he's punishing me, or if he's really just not into it but I'm at a loss for what to do. Can I get some help please??
