Tylenol cold & flu while pregnant?

I called my ob and the nurse said I could take Tylenol cold and flu since I'm starting to get sick thanks to my little niece bringing germs home from school (sigh) it's really hot here in south ms and it's starting to get cool due to a cold front that has started so it's cool in the evening and morning but super hot mid day like we're talking 73 degrees then 105 but I just got a really uneasy feeling about taking it with all these ingredients this is my first child and I was never supposed to have any and I'm all nervous with anxiety over taking it but I really need it so I just took some children dissolvable Tylenol (because I can't take regular I vomit every time I try) has anyone else taken this while pregnant and was okay? I'm sorry I'm just really nervous and scared :(
