Hello glow community , i'm currently 32 weeks and 5 days pregnant with twin girls. I was put in the hospital because of risk of pre-term labor.

My problem is that i feel absolutely no contractions. My contractions have registered multiple times on the machine when they've monitored me at the hospital but i'm just unable to feel them.

Currently i feel my vagina very sore and also kind of swollen. Plus i got a fever going on.

I just need to know what are other signs i should stay alert for incase i need to go to the hospital.
