Ectopic pregnancy

Can anyone tell me the symptoms of this please?? I'm 4 weeks late for my period and ive took many hpt and they've all said negative and 1 blood test about 3 1/2 weeks ago and it said negative. I was having sharp pains in my lower abdomen and I went to the hospital and that's how I got the blood test, I ended up having a very mild yeast infection and a uti. I stopped taking my BC 3 months ago and me and my husband decided to start trying for baby #2. I was on fertility medication to conceive our first baby and I was hoping I got pregnant this time naturally but I'm starting to think it's something worse😩
