Giiirl, I need an advice!😫

So.. me and my guy have been dating for almost 7 years(I'm almost 20, he is 22). Got engaged 6 months ago. And the problem is, that I'm unhappy.. I love him soooo much! Like a can't imagine my life without him! He is like my best friend, I trust him, he is always there for me like no one els! BUT! I've been waiting to get married to him since I turned 18 y.o. Yes, he proposed to me, but since I was little I always wanted to get married when I turn 18 y.o. We do talk about it almost every day(actually not we, it's only me who talks about it!) He says that eventually he will marry me, it's just not the right time.(that's what he's been saying for almost 3 years!) and nothing changes. I did talk to my parents about us getting married they were very excited to hear about it. But he never talks to his family about it, it's like he is afraid of them. And I just can't handle it anymore!!!!! I feel soooo fucking saaaad that he doesn't have guts to talk about it with his family, although he is 22, it's not like he is a little boy! IM DESPERATE!!!! I NEED AN ADVICE!!!!!!!😭😭😭😭😭
