Hi, I would just like to know if there's a reason to worry ...

I gave head to my boyfriend and he came and I kissed him on the lips after (no tongue) and he then went down on me, I know that saliva can kill off sperm and if anything it wouldn't be enough to get me pregnant but still I just need other opinions any feedback would be much appreciated thank you :)
