What helps with back pain ?!

I've always had a bad back but it got worse during and after my pregnancy,my son wants me to carry him nearly all day and now my back is killing me!
What helps ease the pain?

I'm sorry you're going through this. I haven't given birth yet, still cooking but one thing that has always helped my bad back is laying down on the floor for a few minutes. Maybe also look into an inversion table. They hang you upside down and it stretches your discs so that they decompress and spinal fluid can get restored in between them.
