Depends...I do the sniff test. If it smells, I change it, sometimes just wash that one in the sink lol 😂

Honestly my boobs and nipples are super sensitive right now and I have one one bra that feels comfortable enough so I have to be just washing it every couple days 😩😩😩

but if I do, like if my boyfriend wants to take me out somewhere. I'll either wear a sports bra or a different bra.. depending on where he's taking me but I don't go out as much anymore so I usually just have the same bra that I wear like less than 24 hours so...

I alternate so I lose track. And sometimes I just go without. Just whichever best suits whatever top I wear that day. Whether I fancy a push up or a bralette. Every not and then if i feel ive worn it a lot ill wash it.
