Birth control over due

I'm 10 day late and my birth control implant is supposed to be renewed til the end of October but my doctor tried calling for weeks (I didn't know) and told me that the implant is over due 7-9 days ago! I'm going to get a pregnancy test tomorrow but I want to know do you all think I'm pregnant? 👀
