Pregnant on bc?

Next week will be my expected period I take my bc every day never missed but that is our only method of pregnancy prevention 😳 I haven't been feeling right for the past two weeks. Blood pressure has been very low I've been dizzy dr said there was nothing wrong with me. I've been bloated like crazy, peeing like crazy the past two days and there was one day last week I was cramping very bad I was holding my belly but it was only one day. Should I get a blood test done to see if I could be pregnant
