What would you do? (Kinda long)

So I'm a CNA/CMA in an Alzheimer's and dementia assisted living. The facility has an physically aggressive resident and another that is two assist along with being physically aggressive. There is only one person per shift that works the floor. And the Executive Director and Assistant Executive Director do not help. Nor will they do anything about the 2 assist resident. (Technically said residents cares exceed what we can provide) Saturday I was working my shift (of course by myself). Behaviors were high for all residents and one ended up hitting me very hard in the stomach and I ended up in L&D; for monitoring. The Executive Director has shown no concern at all about my well being. It's like they don't care and is pretty much my own fault that this resident hit me. I'm over 34 weeks pregnant. The safety of my baby is highly important to me. But my family can't afford for me to leave my job, hours have already been cut and we are kinda struggling. But since my bosses won't do anything about the situation, I am in need of opinions. What would you do if every day you go to work your at risk of getting hit by a resident?
