Should I treat my bf?

Ok so my bf and I had our anniversary today and it's his birthday in 2 months and 4 days he has been saying for ages that he really want a puppy, I was thinking about maybe surprising him. We live together and are trying for a baby. We both work full time jobs. I am a beauty artist and he is a dentist. We live in a big apartment but if I get pregnant we decided to move into a house with better garden space. We both go jogging together 4 times a week. Vote what you think we should do
