Shoe size??

Ok so I'm a tall woman so naturally I have bigger feet than the average woman. I've been tall my entire life so it was always this joke I looked like a boy and that's what they tried to dress me like. So I've never owned a pair of women's shoes. Now that I'm out of the house and able to just be feminine and sexy I want to order some from online because this small town doesn't seem to sell anything better that 10 in woman's. I wear a size 11 1/2 in men's. So basically my question is what size do you ladies wear in woman's and men's? (so I can kinda see the size difference and have a better chance at ordering the right size without the trouble of exchanging.)
