Proposal gone wrong

so i have a feeling my boyfriend is going to propose to me this year... He said he's making payments on something blah blah.. I don't think we should get engage let alone get married ever. Not to be mean. So what should i do if he does propose??? I told him that i don't want to get married ever. Just have babies. Should he respect my decision ? If he does propose what should i say?? No?
