Rude or Overdramatic?

So my best friend is ALWAYS on the phone with some guy or FaceTimeing some guy when we're hanging out and I HATE it! I think it's so rude and I don't know if I'm being over dramatic. What do you guys think? Is she being rude or am I being over dramatic? What would you do?

She's being rude, it's not you. I'd tell her straight up that you asked her to hang out cuz you wanted to spend time with her, not her and whoever she's talking to

i think she is beinh really rude like she is hanging out with YOU, i always try not to touch my phone when my Bff comes cause i want to enjoy the time she is with me

My friend does that to me sometimes so I started " Beating her up" like play fight whenever she is face timing someone but idc if she is on her phone as long as she isn't completely ignoring me. She doesn't do it as much anymore just talk to her about it.
