Fainted???

Has anyone ever been lightheaded or fainted due to their period?

Yesterday was a BAD , 1 st day for me. (Thankfully I only go 3 days and I'm pretty sure my hardcore pms is punishment for a short time)

BUT my cramps felt worse , I was nauseous and super dizzy. Attempted to walk to my bed and I don't know if I passed out or just went to sleep.

Note: not sure if this plays a part but I'm Newley vegan (3months) when I first started , I felt my periods were better, but the week before my period started, I've been testing to see if I can eat regular foods again - no 🤢😷.

I'm staying vegan. Maybe that played a part?
