TMI: is anybody else having diarrhea?

Almost 5 weeks pregnant.

Usually my BM's are very regular and normal but this Last week  and a half, I'll have diarrhea for a day or 2 and then I'll be constipated for a day or 2 which is very very abnormal for me. I'm not sure why this is

The last few nights (and right now!) I've been waking up in the middle of the night for it! Feeling super nauseous with it too. Honestly I will take this over vomit (knock on wood!!!)

Make sure you drink tons of water. I accidentally drank too much apple juice and have had it for two days now. But most of the time I am constipated 😩
