I feel extremely nauseous, it's 1:48 am and I can sleep .. could this be implantation?

Implantation bleeding can happen as early as 5dpo to 12dpo. when I was pregnant with my daughter, my implantation bleeding was one wipe of pink and that's it. I didn't realize I was pregnant I thought I was starting my period,  tested three days late and it was positive. If it stops it could be implantation bleeding
