no Absolutely not. you can overdose on certain vitamins, such as vitamin A. if you don't remember, don't take one.

It's not worth the risk to take one again. My doctor told me that if you forget it's not the end of the world and it's not going to do any harm. Just wait until the next day to take a prenatal.

It won't hurt you either way. Your baby won't suffer from a day away from the prenatals, you also wouldn't overdose on vitamins from doubling by accident. The amount it takes to overdose on vitamins is extreme

I have this problem all the time because I cannot take my prenatal with my thyroid medication. I ended up getting a weekly pill box (old lady style) with the days of the week. This helped tremendously because I knew when I went to bed that if the prenatal was still there, then I had not taken it. 😉
