PLZ HELP ME ASAP

So my son stared to have this really ugly

Cough and running nose and I took him to Urgent Care and the doctor told me he has an ear infection and that his breathing is fine, witch I don't believe because he's having trouble breathing and I'm pissed off she didn't prescribe him anything for the chest so I called back and asked why they didn't give him anything and they tols me because doctor said he was fine and I'm like so the way he's breathing and coughing is fine ? And they said if i want i can get over the counter cough medicine because he's to small for them to give them cough medicine 😒 I'm so worried because I'm not exaggerating he's even making a weird noise while sleeping when he breaths 😰😞 should I take him to the hospital? Or should I trust the doctor ? Urgent care has been wrong before! I'm wxhausted I was at the hospital all morning Lin for myself and after I came home to eat and back to urgent care for my son and now thinking of taking him to hospital! Plz help me!
