22 Weeks weight gain

How much had you or have you gained so far? I'm struggling to accept weight gain and just want to see if my gain is normal .. I weighed 163 pre pregnancy and weigh 167 today. I had struggled to lose weight but had lost over 30 pounds before I got pregnant now I'm worried it's all coming back /:
