Immature

How would you deal with this?:

We had a dog, I rehomed him because he was peeing on the floor and my boyfriend didn't took care of him (they we're playing but never get outside for a walk). So I had to do what I did for the health of our baby to come, I'm 7 months pregnant. Now he is looking for everything he can get as an animal to have his own while he can't take care of it. I told him to wait because we are gonna have a baby and he said: you are crazy if you think im gonna wait a year or more to have my dog. Just because I have my cat wich is 1 years old and super sweet. I understands he wants an animal but f*ck we are gonna have a baby!!! Wich is the most important thing before having a animal -.- I told him no and he said he would get another appartement to get his dawm dog... please help me 😔

Btw he buy 150$ of clothes for his daughter and one or two week after he did the same but for toys wich is fine but he never thought of our future baby he never even looked at baby clothes/stuff. I think he is selfish and immature.
