Ovulating/Femara

We have been ttc for almost 2 years. We have gone 3 rounds of clomid with no luck. I did a little research and switched to a different OBGYN. It was the best decision I could have ever made. I literally cried in the office while talking to him. He started me on Metformin 3x/day and my first round of Femara. I was due for my 14 day scan today but thanks to this hurricane the office is closed. I have been using ovulation tests at home to see if I can tell anything. This is honestly the first time there has ever been a noticable difference on them!!! But...is this positive? Or should I test again later?
