What's this on my 9 month olds skin?

We evacuated from Florida due to the hurricane and currently staying in a small town in Georgia ..
He had a small one last night and this morning it spread .. 
Anyone ever seen anything like this ? I'm so worried but don't have access to a doctor ..

That's hives. He's having an allergic reaction to something. If you don't have access to a doctor, you may wanna take him to an ER. I wouldn't give him any medication on your own that little.

Thanks Everyone, you guys were right .he is having an alergic reaction to something but not sure what . We didn't change the brand of diapers or soaps but it could be the 18 hour road trip and the new environment. Maybe something from the hotel . 
Glad we were able to go to urgent care , they gave us prescription but every pharmacy here system is down and They are unable to give us medicine . 
What a nightmare !

Giving the area. I would get cream from a walk in clinic or er and change diaper brands and laundry soap brand. See if that's where he's getting the reaction from. It's very common for diaper and laundry soap to have an effect on babies.

Looks like hives. I'd try Benadryl, but if you want to see a doctor you can maybe try an urgent care center. Try to call your insurance company and tell them you've been evacuated because of the hurricane and need to know if they'll waive the out-of-network fees or the best place to go near you. Some are helpful in these situations.
