pregnant with tubes tied, please help

Im not sure if this is the right place but I may be pregnant but I had my tubes tied last year in june. My period is late, a little nausea, exhausted a lot and tons of watery ewcm. Ive taken 4 different pregnancy tests, all had faint positives. I made a doctor appointment to get a blood test done, just need to wait for this storm to pass to get it done. Has anybody gone through this?? We would love to have baby #6 on the way, but Im scared due to it being etopic. I havent had any pain or spotting. Id love to hear other stories of women pregnant with tubes tied, early signs, was pregnancy considered high risk?? thank you
