Awful morning — but feeling better
I left my house this morning after a refreshing shower and more than enough time to get ready. I left on time, all seems well until I got to my bus stop and realized I forgot my pass. With 4 minutes to go, I ran back to by house with a $1500 camera lens in my bag which weighs probably 7 pounds on top of my already existing 15 pound bag for school. Quite the workout for me as I don't normally do cardio, especially this early in the morning (I'm very much a weight lifter in the evenings).
While I grabbed my pass and got back to the stop, the bus missed me and I had to walk for another 15 minutes to the other route.
Overall, feeling very stressed right now. The minor exercise I did though I can tell helped my hormones flow, I actually feel more energized. I also have a yoga class scheduled for 10:25am today as well. Hopefully it won't be all bad today.
Sorry for ranting, I just needed to blow some steam. ❤️
