anyone help ??

I'm due on my period in 12 days. I had spotting for 4 days after my period me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex and I have woken up this morning with such sore tender nipples they hurt to touch. I've also been getting hit flushes, eating alot more and im very dizzy and sleepy! I didn't show up pregnant till 7 weeks with my daughter previously could I possibly be pregnant and would it be the same testing if I were I'd wouldn't get a positive till 7 weeks? I'm so confused =( xx
