Nipple purple/blue?

My nipples are normally a light pinkish color but I was taking a shower and I noticed the nub of my right nipple was dark blue/purple. There's no pain it's just the color is this normal? I'm on birth control and have sex with a condom so I don't think I could be pregnant

Mine do that around a week before my period. It's PMS for me.

If it was only while you were in the shower then you may have low blood pressure, I get it too and my fingers and toes turn purple. I can't take a hot shower as the temperature change causes me to get dizzy and possibly pass out. It has to be warm or cold but not hot.
