Stomach pains

So last night when I lay down in bed I had a searing pain across the bottom of my bump and down through my groin and thighs. It stayed in my groin and at the bottom left of my belly for about 30 seconds, and eased off when I sat up, only to return when I layed back down again.

Today I've got the same type of pain in the same place- the top left of my pubic bone/bottom left of my tummy.

I'm guessing it's something totally normal but I'm a FTM so just wanted to check. Also been having some deep aching pains through my ribs but guessing this is growing pains. Baby is still moving ALOT so no worries there, and I'm 29 weeks.
